Candidate Profile

Organizations and the way we work are constantly evolving due to increasing societal and global complexities, such as rapid climate and technological changes. This dynamic environment demands the development of new skillsets within organizations, while also prioritizing the wellbeing of individuals and the sustainability of organizations. The Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Psychology is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to harness the synergies of technology and organizational psychology: support and develop modern technology-driven organizations to maintain individual and organizational wellbeing.

Upon graduating from our programme, students will possess the skills and knowledge to analyse and critically evaluate organizational and individual work processes, design successful interventions that foster motivation, wellbeing, and collaboration, and support strategic goals. This enables them to effectively contribute to individual and team development, organizational change, and digital transformation within organizations. With this unique skillset our students are well equipped for a variety of career paths within the HR industry, such as HR and organizational change consultants, training and development specialists, or recruitment and selection experts.

Our two-year programme offers students the flexibility to choose elective courses to customize their degree according to their interests. For example, students can choose to focus on developing skills related to new technologies and people analytics, as well as skills to effectively support individual and team development in contemporary organizations and contribute to the creation of healthier workplaces. We also offer summer courses to offer students a flexible programme structure.

Throughout the programme, students have plenty of experiential learning opportunities such as a fulltime or flexible internship programme, learning simulations during courses and other innovative teaching techniques allowing them to apply their learning in real-world settings to develop practical skills and knowledge. We are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment and fostering internationalization, with all courses taught in English and opportunities for students to go on exchange programmes.
