The green energy transition requires understanding of global external forces, company strategies and innovative leadership. The programme gives the students comprehensive understanding of these key issues through campus-based courses and online classes addressing energy policies and regulations, value creation through technological development and business model innovations. At the end of the programme, participants deliver a consultancy project where research-based insights are applied to address a real-life business, organizational and/or political challenge.
