MSc in Business: Strategy 2016-2018

​The MSc in Business is a two-year full time graduate programme, admitting students with a bachelor’s degree in business administration related fields. Proven skills in the use of mathematics and statistics are prerequisites for entry to the programme.

​Learning outcomes

Knowledge
Students in the MSc Business will acquire solid knowledge within core areas of business administration, in addition to specialized knowledge within their chosen major in either finance, economics, marketing, leadership and change, logistics, strategy, accounting, auditing and tax. 

Skills 
Students will be able to apply theories and methods from business disciplines to solve real life business problems. They will also be able to use quantitative methods in statistics and mathematics in the analysis of business relevant topics, and be effective communicators – both orally and in writing.

Reflection 
Students are aware of conflicting interests involved in managerial decision-making, due to training in identifying relevant ethical dilemmas in the management of business. They are capable of critical thinking, the critical use of information, and able to identify ethical aspects within the core fields of business.

*GRA 6843 Business Development and Innovation Management can be chosen as one of the four elective courses in the 3rd semester and will make up the 7th course in the major.
