STR 1301 Strategy I Responsible for the course Erik Aadland Department Department of Strategy and Logistics Term According to study plan ECTS Credits 7,5 Language of instruction Norwegian Introduction This is a one-semester introductory course in strategy. Learning outcome This course aims to give the student an understanding of strategy at various levels. The students should gain in-depth knowledge of and learn to apply key models, frameworks and theories related to strategy analysis and choice from a business perspective. It is also the goal of the course to enable the students to critically reflect on such models, frameworks and theories. Prerequisites First and second year of the Bachelor’s Programme in Business and Economics ("siviløkonomstudiet") or equivalent Compulsory reading Books: Johnson, Gerry, Richard Whittington, Kevan Scholes. 2011.
