Introduction
The bachelor thesis is the final student work, with reflections over their internship

Objective
The objective is to lean how to analyse and reflect over personal experiece from the internship period. The experience may be situations, conflicts, dilemmas, things that happen and that carries with them professional challenges (ethical, source-critical, practical work, relationships with co-workers etc). The philosophy may be expressed this way: "Experience with no reflection is like meaningless situations" (Terje Tvedt 1999).
There is a connection, a red line from the internship periode with internship report, the course lectures and the writing in the course Commentary, Analysis and Essay AND the Bachelor thesis. The intention is to develop own insight and reflection in the work with the internship report, test essay and bachelor thesis. (See also course objective for JOU 2401 Commentary, Analysis and Essay).

Prerequisites
Jou 2401 Commentary, analysis and essays, with internship or equivalent.
