KLS 2601 Copyright and contract law - RE-SIT EXAMINATION Responsible for the course Sverre F Langfeldt Department Department of Accounting - Auditing and Law Term According to study plan ECTS Credits 9 Language of instruction Norwegian Introduction The course covers the copyright and contract law aspects that are included in the Copyright Act Objective The course shall introduce the students to the legal rules of copyright and how they are employed, with a particular emphasis on protection relating to copyright and the contract law aspects of the use of copyright. Computer-based tools It's Learning. Course structure The course consists of 54 teaching hours which cover the various syllabus topics, see the lecture plan. In order to benefit fully from the lectures students must have studied the relevant reading material and legal rules before class. Examination 5-hour individual written examination. Examination code(s) KLS 26011 - written exam which accounts for 100% of the final grade in the course KLS 2601, 9 ECTS credits.
