INF 2140 Bachelor Thesis in Information Technology - RE-SIT EXAMINATION Responsible for the course Ragnvald Sannes Department Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Term According to study plan ECTS Credits 15 Language of instruction Norwegian Introduction In the course of their 3rd year the students must write a bachelor thesis (15 ECTS credits). The thesis is usually written in groups of up to 3 students, but it's possible to write it individually, upon application. The topic of the thesis is to be chosen from a problem area determined by the students involving information technology. All the students must participate in the compulsory thesis seminars which cover the methodological aspects of thesis work. Tutoring is normally only offered in the regular thesis semester, the overall teaching framework comprises 32 course hours with thesis seminars and individual tutoring. The total workload for the thesis is estimated at 400 working hours, it is expected that students employ 80 hours in the fall semester and 320 hours in the spring semester. Examination The students hand in their thesis at the end of the course.
